11/17/2003に最終審査が行われた同コンペティションでは、A～Dの4地区の内、D地区(Hengchung Peninsula)が1等該当作品なしという結果となった。このD地区についてのプロポーザルを募集し、設計者選定を行う。

'Kenting Forest Recreation Area and Henchun Tropical Botanical Garden' is one of four tourist routes under 'NEW TAIWAN BY DESIGN: LANDFORM SERIES' International Competition. In final jury meeting held on November 17th, the Jury decided not to select any winner, and instead hold another round of Request for (Qualification) Proposal.
