11/01~11/15/2003、マイアミで開催される国際建築展への参加作品募集。1998年以降竣工の建築、ランドスケープ、インテリアのほかプロジェクトも対象。
General Information
Forms of Participation
There are three ways to participate in the Bienal:
a) sending works
b) attending the events and conferences that will be organized during
architecture week
c) taking part in both.
Participation through works sent to the Bienal
Eligibility:
All works built from 1998 to date, are eligible to participate in the following categories:
Architectural Design:
- Collective houses and public buildings up to 10.000 sq. feet (Gold medal and silver medal)
- Multi family housing and public buildings over 10.000 sq. feet (Gold medal and silver medal)
- Single Family Housing (Gold medal and silver medal)
Landscape Architecture:
- Public
- Private
Interior Design:
- Commercial
- Residential
General Category (Open):
Unbuilt projects or buildings that do not fall into any of the above mentioned categories. (i.e. ecoarchitecture, public works, etc.)
The Bienal Medallion will be awarded to the best project of all categories. The jurors will also present Honorable Mentions at their discretion.
Reciprocity:
The winners of the last edition of other International Biennials are admitted to the exhibits automatically and free of charge.
If they want to compete for the awards they may follow the registration procedure and pay the entry fee.
All works sent to the AIA Miami 2003 Awards will be entered in the Bienal at no additional cost.
Notice: All participants will receive a certificate.
No panels or any other material sent to the Bienal WILL BE RETURNED.
They will become property of the Biennial, who reserves the right to reproduce them in all means without previous permission of the participants.
